My Professional Journey

Prior to coaching, my 30 year career in senior management roles included serving as Director of Client Strategy at Rathbones Group, Private Banking COO at EFG International and Deputy Head of Relationship Management at Julius Baer International. Earlier leadership roles at Barclays Wealth and in Asia-based financial services have deepened my expertise in international business management, strategic leadership, driving organisational change, and cultivating values-led cultures.
