I’m Paul McCafferty, a senior executive coach with over 30 years of leadership experience in complex, high-responsibility roles. Throughout my career, I’ve worked across international organisations, guiding teams and leaders through change, strategic growth, and high-stakes decisions. Along the way, I discovered that the most enduring transformations come not from strategy or skill alone, but from clarity, resilience, and self-awareness — qualities I now help leaders cultivate through coaching.

I bring over three decades of senior leadership experience into the coaching conversation, alongside formal professional accreditation. I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ACC) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council as a Senior Practitioner, ensuring that my work is grounded in recognised professional standards as well as practical executive experience.
